Overview
The Partner Portal is an online hub where affiliates and partners can apply to programs, retrieve their referral links, monitor performance metrics, and submit bounty proofs. This guide explains how to navigate these features to manage your partnership activities effectively.
Applying to Programs
To earn commissions, you must first apply to join a partner program.
- Navigate to the Marketplace or your Programs tab from the sidebar.
- Select a program you wish to join to view its details, rewards, and requirements.
- Click Apply to open the application form.
- Fill out any requested information and submit your application for review.
Note
You may need to complete your partner profile checklist before your application can be submitted for review.
Finding and Using Referral Links
Once your application is approved, the portal provides unique referral links that attribute traffic and sales back to your account.
- Open your enrolled program from the program dropdown in the sidebar.
- Go to your program dashboard or Links section.
- Locate your primary referral link or secondary links.
- Click Copy link to copy the URL to your clipboard.
Tip
You can also append ?via=your_username to any page URL on the host domain to create a custom referral link on the fly.
Tracking Earnings and Performance
Key Performance Metrics
The partner dashboard provides real-time statistics regarding your promotional activity and compensation.
- Clicks: The number of times users have clicked your referral links.
- Leads: The number of prospective sign-ups or registered users generated through your links.
- Sales: The total number of completed customer purchases or conversions.
- Revenue: The gross monetary value of sales driven by your referrals.
- Earnings: Your total earned commissions across the program.
You can view these statistics over custom time intervals using the date range picker on your program overview page.
Submitting Bounty Proofs
Some programs offer performance or submission-based bounties to reward you for hitting specific goals.
- Navigate to the Bounties section of your program.
- Click on an available bounty card to open its detail view.
- Review the reward criteria and submission requirements.
- For submission-based bounties, provide any necessary proof or identifier details for your active period and submit them for review.
