Troubleshooting
Workspaces help you organize your team, manage permissions, and configure default settings for your projects in one central place. Each workspace functions as a collaborative boundary where you can manage team members, set default landing products, update branding, and handle security settings.
You can invite teammates to collaborate within your workspace and assign specific roles to control what they can view and modify.
Every team member is assigned a role that determines their level of access.
member| Can manage links, tags, folders, and campaigns, but cannot modify workspace-level settings or billing. |
| All plans |
viewer | Read-only access to links, analytics, domains, and API keys. | Business, Advanced, Enterprise |
billing | Can manage billing details and confirm payouts. | Advanced, Enterprise |
Note
Certain roles require specific workspace plans. For instance, the viewer role is available on business plans and above, while the billing role is restricted to advanced and enterprise plans.
Workspace administrators can customize general workspace properties, branding, and default behaviors from the workspace settings.
Tip
You can quickly invite teammates by navigating to your workspace settings and using the keyboard shortcut m when permitted.
Warning
A workspace cannot have its last remaining owner removed. If you are the sole owner and wish to leave the workspace, you must first transfer ownership to another team member.
Important
Free workspaces are subject to plan limits. If you reach your free workspace or user limits, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to add more workspaces or teammates.
