## Overview

Migrating your existing links and affiliate data to your workspace is simple with built-in import tools. Whether you are transitioning from another link management platform, uploading spreadsheet records, or migrating affiliate networks, you can bring your links, custom domains, tags, and partner data directly into your account without losing historical context.

Supported import sources: **Bitly**, **Rebrandly**, **Short.io**, **CSV files**, **Rewardful**, **PartnerStack**, **FirstPromoter**, and **Lemon Squeezy**.

## Importing Links from External Platforms

### ### Overview
You can automatically import your links and tags from popular link management providers by authenticating your account.

> [!NOTE]
> Make sure you have the required link write permissions in your workspace before starting an import.

### Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Go to your workspace links dashboard.
2. Click the options menu button (three dots) next to your primary controls.
3. Select your platform under **Import Links**: **Import from Bitly**, **Import from Rebrandly**, or **Import from Short.io**.
4. Provide your provider access token or API key when prompted.
5. Select the specific groups, domains, or tags you wish to migrate.
6. Choose an optional folder to keep your imported links organized.
7. Confirm your choices to queue the import job. Once complete, an email notification will be sent to the workspace owner with a summary of the imported links.

## Importing Links via CSV File

### ### Overview
If you have a spreadsheet of links from another source, you can upload a CSV file to bring them into your workspace.

> [!WARNING]
> CSV files cannot exceed a maximum limit of **50,000 rows**. If your file is larger, split it into multiple files and upload them separately.

### Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open the links options menu and select **Import from CSV**.
2. Drag and drop your `.csv` file into the upload zone or click to browse.
3. Map your CSV column headers to the corresponding fields in your workspace.
4. Confirm the import to begin processing your links in the background.

## Migrating Partner and Affiliate Programs

### ### Overview
If you are migrating affiliate networks or partner programs, you can import partners, custom tracking links, customer leads, and historical commissions. 

Supported affiliate platform integrations: **Rewardful**, **PartnerStack**, **FirstPromoter**, and **Lemon Squeezy**.

To migrate an affiliate network, navigate to your program settings and initiate the import workflow for your specific provider. The system will automatically:
1. Create or match partner profiles based on email addresses.
2. Generate corresponding affiliate links with tracking enabled.
3. Backfill historical customer lead data and sales invoices.
4. Sync total commissions and update link analytics.
