## Overview

The Analytics and Reporting feature provides deep insights into how your links perform. It lets you monitor clicks, measure conversions (leads and sales), analyze geographic and device data, and export comprehensive performance reports. Whether you are tracking standard link clicks or managing partner programs, the analytics system gives you the data you need to optimize your campaigns.

> [!NOTE]
> Workspace-level conversion tracking can be managed from your workspace settings and requires a Business plan or higher.

## Tracking Cills and Visits

### Understanding Interaction Tracking

The software automatically records visitor interactions whenever someone visits or clicks your shortened links, QR codes, or custom tracking domains.

To ensure accurate analytics, the system automatically filters out known automated bots, crawler requests, and visits flagged with no-track headers.

### Core Metrics Tracked

- **Clicks:** The total number of times your links have been accessed.
- **Leads:** The total number of signups or initial customer milestones generated through your links.
- **Sales (Conversions):** The total number of paid conversions resulting from link interactions, along with the total monetary sale amount.

## Geographic and Technical Insights

### Audience Breakdown Dimensions

In addition to click volumes, analytics break down audience engagement across multiple dimensions so you can see where and how your users are interacting with your links.

- **Continents:** Breakdown of traffic by continent code.
- **Countries:** ISO-3166-1 country-level breakdown.
- **Regions:** State or regional level tracking.
- **Cities:** Specific city-level interaction data.
- **Devices:** Device categories (such as Desktop, Mobile, or Tablet).
- **Browsers:** Software applications used to view links (such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox).
- **Operating Systems:** Client operating systems (such as iOS, Android, macOS, or Windows).
- **Referrers:** The origin website or platform that referred traffic to your link.

> [!TIP]
> Visitor IP addresses from European Union (EU) countries are automatically omitted or anonymized during tracking to respect regional privacy standards.

## Exporting Performance Reports

### Downloading Report Archives

You can export your analytics data into a comprehensive ZIP archive containing detailed performance breakdowns.

1. Navigate to your workspace analytics dashboard.
2. Select your desired date range and filters (such as specific links, folders, or domains).
3. Click the export option to generate and download your performance report ZIP file.

> [!WARNING]
> Analytics data availability is tied to your workspace plan capabilities and creation date. Attempting to query date ranges outside your plan limits will result in validation errors.
